Soil-Humic

Before sowing or planting, or at the start of the growing season, to improve soil structure and increase the efficiency of fertilisers.

Optima Soil-Humic is applied as a soil treatment, preferably as a single application before or during sowing/planting, so that nutrients are better buffered and remain available to the crop.

Particularly relevant:

• In cases of low nutrient efficiency (particularly phosphate and nitrogen);
• On soils with poor structure or low organic matter content;
• In cases of salt stress or high levels of sodium, potassium or aluminium;
• As a supplement to soil fertilisation (e.g. in combination with urea or iron chelate).

    • Essential for enzymes involved in photosynthesis, respiration and protein synthesis.

    • Increases tolerance to drought, cold and salt stress, amongst other things.

    • Helps maintain turgor pressure, resulting in strong, firm cells.

    • Improves the uptake of other nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphate.

    • Improves flavour, size, firmness, colour and shelf life.
